History And Invention Of The Smoke Detector

History And Invention Of The Smoke Detector, is going to be today‚Äôs post here in Discover My Inventions, what a great and wonderful invention the smoke detector can and it has saved many lives, is the unthinkable happens house fires, detectors is something that needs to be tested often to make sure they’re working proper, I have the battery-powered ones in my home that I really like well.

It’s really nice when you can actually pay a small price for something that possibly help save thousands of dollars and more importantly lives, I actually think smoke detectors really needs to be put in every room of our homes, like I always say it’s better to be safe than sorry, again it is a small price for something that can help save lives and so many other things that has a great value to you, smoke detectors only takes a few minutes to install, and always make it a point even a habit to run test to make sure all smoke detectors in your home is working proper whether they electric or battery-operated.

The first automatic electric fire alarm was patented in 1890 by Francis Robbins Upton, an associate of Thomas Edison. George Andrew Darby patented the first European electrical heat detector in 1902 in Birmingham, England. In the late 1930s Swiss physicist Walter Jaeger tried to invent a sensor for poison gas, which now detectors for poison gas is available, and I think when it comes to home safety we can never do enough to keep your home safe.

I think it’s always important to do a safety check before we leave our homes, I think it is never a good idea to go off and leave lights burning or some appliances a running such as a washer machine, or a close dryer, it only takes one split second for fire to get started, but yet it could take a lot to put it out, and a lot of homes is destroyed each day from bad extension cords to appliances malfunctioning one way or another which can lead to a house fire.

Always remember to check and double check, just because you’re taking a lot of great safety measures going through the house from room to room to check to make sure there’s nothing that could lead to the house fire, and just because you taken the steps and extra time to do this doesn’t mean that you’re thinking negative within a fact you thinking smart, a lot of homes burns down from some of the simplest things, so always remember to take all the safety steps necessary to save yourself a lot of trouble.
